1999 dodge Durango wont start

I drove my Durango home shut it down I left light
on and battery died I tried to jump it and it cranks
but wont start

How long did you leave it connected when you Jumped it? You need to leave it connected for at least 10 min to the other vehicle. We had one and did the same thing and it took a min because your battery is completely drained. It helps if the owner of the other vehicle revs their engine a few times periodically too.
