Key will not turn to the off position

2013 ram 1500, automatic, floor shift. Key will not go to the off position. Have to
turn the key off and on several time to get it to go off. Have already replaced the
key switch. No luck. If you hear a clicking noise in the center console as you
turn the key, it usually goes off, otherwise, wont go yo the off position.
