Radio frozen 2013 ram 1500

So my radio in my ram 1500 uconnect 5.0 the ram logo
pops up and stays on my radio frozen. My radio doesn't
work, nothing. Just that logo. I've tried:

Disconnecting battery.
The hard reset
And the hidden radio fuse thing.

Please help.

As you already done what most would suggest your next stop is unfortunately the dealer, if the radio unit is not totally corrupted they can redo it's internal programming. If it is totally shot then I suggest going with an aftermarket replacement.
