2013 Buick Lacrosse having issue with display temperature gauge has gone from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Does anyone know how to change that?

There is not a place to do this on your normal settings. We have tried.

I had same issue on 2013 LaCrosse. Local dealer finally got a hold of GM and we were told there is an ambient temperature sensor that hooks to front bumper. If this is loose or disconnected, it will cause it to always read as Celsius. When this was reconnected it went back to Fahrenheit.
