The gps module in your car can be update by the dealer. I've done lots of F150 updates for it showing you driving on an access road next to the interstate. Most foci around here don't have the nav but I've seen where there have been problems with it finding location and direction just like the F150. You may be able to download it yourself through your syncmyride account.
The navigation system always wonders, seems like its lost all the time.
