I just purchase a 2013 Ford C-Max and the navigation system is out of calibration.  It gets ahead of me and when I turn, it follows the wrong streets.  It is not listed in the Ford Maps Updates. Can you advice me as to what to do to get it fixed?

"Can you advice me as to what to do to get it fixed?" - take it back to the dealer. You paid for a working vehicle. They sold a vehicle with a warranty.
