what is your opinion on the 2013 Velociter

the only reviews I see are slight under powered, rougher ride, however very economical.
Are the any issues with this engine...1.6 and double clutch transmission?

Consumer Report Magazine rates this car below average reliability and owner satisfaction. Also, lists the 2012/2013 model years as used car to avoid. I've been attracted to this model also (Turbo version), but am having second thoughts.
