How long do I have to wait on the buyer?

I had someone contact me via CarGurus saying that they’d like to accept my
offer to purchase my car.  I began the purchase process and have not heard
back from them for a couple of days but another person has contacted me to
indicate their interest.  Can I accept other offers while I wait for him to reply?
