2013 passat running sluggish

Just changed plugs and coil packs in my
2013 Volkswagen Passat and it's running
sluggish. It was doing it before I changed
them. Any ideas on what it can be. I'm lost

That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure. I guess I'll have to see what it cost to fix. Thanks alot
