On most radiators the bowls can be replaced or fixed if metal, may be better off taking it too a radiator shop if you never done it but with the rusty look it has, if the interior looks that way too, replacing it is my suggestion.

The Bowls are the end attachments on the radiators, on most newer models they are plastic and can be removed and replaced. The radiator has to be removed. Radiators for your model are not very expensive and sending this old radiator to a shop for repairs will cost about the same as a new one. May save a few bucks. If your radiator needs a soak/rodding/flushing out, it would cost as much as a new one and they are simple to remove and replace. Check them out at rockauto.com. I would think about replacing the thermostat, hoses and clamps while at it. I would check to see if there is a purge valve or air bleed procedure and know how to do so when filling it back up with anti-freeze to avoid complications.
