I Changed My Sparkplugs and this Happened

on Park/Neutral is on 2000rpm
and on Drive 1000rpm,

can anyone tell me what i did wrong?

Idle should be about 750 rpm. In normal driving I would expect anywhere from 1,500 rpm to 4,000 rpm, more if you are passing.

so what could cause this problem. the engine is running fast btw after the new sparkplugs was installed
