Harbor Freight sells an Engine Cradle for about $70 that helps enormously. Unbolt both mounts, pick the engine up and change the mounts. Safe and effective. Without digging too far into it, it does look like you'll have to remove or at least disconnect some Front Axle components. I really recommend a manual - more to prevent disassembly of parts you didn't need to. Also, I recommend you change them both and look at the trans mount carefully. Don't want to do the job twice!
