Fan running high, high temp, low on coolant. Little puffs of white smoke and water dripping from tail pipe

Did you overheat the engine? Again white smoke could be head gasket failure.Check for any remaining warranty for this problem

look at your oil dipstick see if it is milky colored which indicates blown headgasket. but like was mentioned is it still under warranty?
