High idle

I changed my Tb and now it idles at 3000
rpm’s the mechanic ran a bunch of tests
on it and said he can’t find out what’s
wrong

I think I would get a new mechanic.

    94gmc Sierra 4.3 dies at idle changed fuel pump cap rotor has good spark have to put a cap of gas in tbi to start but if not reving will die runs fine when driving just start up and idle

    Idle is very rough. If you blow it out carbon pours out of the exhaust. But it starts idling rough again.
