Why does Car Gurus use software that modifies the market value depending on who is accessing it on line?? Scam??? Ask you friends to look at the site and compare MVs on the same car, above, below.

CG's does not change the price. This is a shopping tool that compares prices for other similar cars for sale in your area.

As cars are sold and new cars come on the market the average price will change.

Apparently you misunderstood the issue. I did not mention anything about changing prices. As the two screenshots clearly show CarGurus value the exact same car on the exact same day at the exact same hour on one person's screen as being $483 above market value and on another person's screen only $98 above market value. Why is CarGurus telling different people different things on what the value, not the price but the value, of the car is
