No voice activation , phone won't pair, nav has no voice guidance

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The phone won't pair, just shows initializing Bluetooth and then drops without
pairing. When the talk button is pressed on the steering column, I get the
same initializing Bluetooth then it just drops. When using Navigation, no
voice guidance. When the phone button is pressed on the head unit the
same happens to initialize Bluetooth then it drops, not able to pull up phone
setup screen.iPhone can't find the head unit to pair either. seems anything to
do with voice will not activate.
