2013 Dodge Charger- wouldn’t start, all lights flashing and wipers

I chargered batterery and got it running the
electrical throttle, battery, and check engine light
stayed on. Slowly it lost power and shut off. What
can it be?

sounds like low battery voltage. replace battery.

Yes you correct. Battery replaced and the car runs fine. I was worried it might be the electrical throttle :( But thank goodness just a new battery. Thanks
