2004 ford ranger 3.0 had a front end collision air bags deployed all repairs have been made. engine mounts replaced. but it still has a hard idle worse with AC on seems to oscillate some.

no skip or miss fire. does smooth out some with while driving at highway
speed. you can feel it in the seat etc. just feels like it is loading down but no
lose of power. fan clutch is free.
Any suggestions

If this was an insurance claim, take it in to get fixed and talk to your insurance agent so it gets covered.
