the dash showing me but nothing, if i put it in 2 hi and give it a little gas it
tries to go and may crawl a few inches but nothing like it shoulfd and then it
gives out and stops rolling and sometimes dies but always restarts just wont
move, i dont know where to begin this is my 1st 4x4 so idk is it the transfer
case the linkage the trans where do i start

the shift know on the floor for the 2 4 hi and 4 lo shifts but doesnt engage idk if its just not engaging at all cause like i stated it tries to move under gas powwer but not far and it gives back out before it was in 2 hi and kept switching to 4 hi i assumed it was me hitting it with my leg cause it always went back to 2 hi so idk if this is w precursor to the issue im having but i just bought this truck 4 days ago from private seller he ghosted me and idk what to do or how to even begin any ideas and does it sound like trans or transfer case or linkage maybe broke or???
