Can a 2013 300s be placed in neutral with the engine off for the car wash.

you should be able to turn the engine off when the car is in neutral you just won't be able to take the key out.
Their is no key. It just has a fob you carry in your pocket. If I put car in neutral and press engine stop nothing happens. I cant figure it out.
There must be a brake sensor on your car prohibiting the engine being turned off without the car being in parking. Try the handbrake and see if that will allow you to switch the engine off.
I'd try turning it off then putting it in neutra then, but you ought to try looking in the manual to see if the manufacturer put anything in there about this problem. As for the car wash I've never been to one that made me put it in neutral and turn the engine off either.
then go to a car wash that doesn't require you to put the car in neutral and turn off the engine
Wash it by hand- it's a new car- an auto wash will mess your paint up

they wont shut off, unless its in park. Just try to put one on a rack to work on it........This is one of Chryslers BAD ideas.
All automatic car washes make u put car in neutral in order for the tracks to move ur car thru the carwash....but you Shud NEVER have to turn ur car off...change car washes ..problem solved
