2013 VW Jetta Low Beam Headlights (Both) inoperative (not fuses).

Asked by iNeed2Know Feb 02, 2020 at 07:03 PM about the 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI with Premium and Nav

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Has anyone had do deal with constant burnt-out low-beam headlights (a little
over 100k miles and 6 pairs of expensive Silverstar Ultra Sylvania High quality
bulbs and around 45 dollars a pair).  Headlights are something that should be
simple and straightforward and yet this 2013 Jetta has cost me at least
$300.00 and many hours shopping and installing.

Now, both sides have no power. All fuses under the driver side dash are good.
I am not sure if there are other fuses or relays under the hood, or inside the
dash area?

First the driver side bulb stopped and then about 3 months later, the
passenger side has now also failed...     All fuses that I am aware of appear to
be in perfect working order...

Find anything that worked for you?? I'm having the same issue.. for what feels like the hundredth time. Usually swapping out bulbs does the trick but this time I'm not so lucky. Please let me know :)
