2013 cruze exhaust

I have a 2013 Cruze, I recently changed the muffler to a NETAMI muffler, I
drove about 10 minutes and my oil fill cap and it was blowing out a whiteish
blue smoke and was running rough, I found my oil fill cap and replaced it the
smoke stopped and the engine started to run normal, went to take off the oil fill
cap again and there was alot of pressure when I opened it, Is this normal

just took it for a 5 minute ride , all things seem to be ok I will take it to a local shop tomorrow to have it checked on a computer, thanks

I should also add its not under alot of pressure when I take the fill cap off but you do hear an air sound like opening up a bottle of carbonated soda
