Your owners manual should show the fuse box lay-out and tell you which fuse is which? I saw two fuses, left and right. I wouldn't think they would both blow out? Fuse box under the hood, fuse 26 and 27, 15 amp fuses. The fuse box under the hood may have legend that tells you which fuse is which. Not only check the fuses, use test light and check voltage at fuse, with headlamp switch on. If some of my spelling doesn't look right, I'm at the library, forgot my glasses. lol , I used to be able to to find free owners manual on the internet, if you don't have one. I haven't tried in a long time?

The Right side dash fuse box, fuse 45 and 46 are BCM fuses and control the right and left turn signal and brake light. check them before going to the dealer for the BCM.
