Ever since I dropped a new motor- v6 3.0 Turbo, she stalls when I step on the acceleration peddle and pops as if she was clogged. What could it be?

Yep, 300zx, it could be MAF. I am not saying you are wrong. But it's not the only possible thing, the way you worded your answer
