Dual carburators on a 1984 toyota Tercel?

Getting them both synchronize may be more involved than just putting new carb on it or a single weber, I would check all other possible reasons for poor run quality. Timing, valves, Worn parts ect. May could use a new head too or rebuilt. Timing set. Distributor. Fuel pump ect.
