Dodge Dakota black smoke hesitating

95 dodge Dakota v8 5.2 l manual I replaced tps
map iac cat and 02 sensor and temp sending unit
a couple months ago and spark plugs and ecm the
same time no check engine lights smog tested
failed at idle but not revved up I poured seafoam in
the throttle body clean up a lot of carbon in engine
cleaned off spark plugs and checked gaps and it
ran like it used to failed idle smog test blows black
smoke when revved up and hesitates around 1200
rpm
