can i replace the 30 x 9.50 x r15LT tires with 31 x 10.50 x r15LT tires

I have a 1995 dodge dakota sport 4x4, it is listed with P235-75-r15 tires but it
currently has 30x9.50xr15LT tires. Am i able to put 31x10.50xr15LT tires on
with out switching rims.

ts is right...you can only do so wide ..tire size for any given rim width.
