Spark plug wires being changed and I can't get truck to start

I just replaced my spark plugs and am doing the wires I did
them one at a time not to crosswire anything now I have a
misfire truck won't start

Then you either did something wrong or something has been disconnected that shouldn't be. Recheck your work, right gap on the plugs, firing order correct, other ignition components in good condition.

Did you replace the distributor cap and rotor? For a complete tune up you should have. Jim
