Help please

Okay so I have a 1987 Toyota pickup truck two
wheel drive new alternator new battery no
corrosion as I can tell new terminals. But my
emergency brake light and battery charge light are
both on and sometimes as I'm driving they flicker
on and off can somebody help me and also the
battery and the alternator tested good and the
truck runs fine I'm confused
