Dodge spirit rear wheel hub

I can't find a Dodge spirit in a salvage around
me to get a rear wheel hub and the part is
discontinued. The salvage ordered it but it
came in as a 4 lug not 5 lug. I don't know
what to do and I don't really know much
about cars. Help!!!
