Headlight problem

Driver side headlight keeps blowing every couple
days in my 86 ford bronco xlt and dont know what
to look for to fix problem

Those are sealed beam headlights on your truck, correct? Is the housing completely tight when it's installed (it can't rattle/shake when driving)? Does the light seem abnormally bright when it is on, prior to burning out?

Yes it is a sealed light, and it seemed like it was pretty tight it didn't move or anything after changing, and i couldn't really tell bout the brightness i been driving both times it has went out, this last time the low beem went out first and then the high beem when i hit the button to see if it was out too
