2013 f150 ecoboost

In the last two weeks the radiator fans
have been cutting on and running high
speed on a regular basis. Sometimes from
a cold start, heat on or off, ax on or off. No
real pattern. They run so loud you can hear
them inside the house. No warning lights
are on and temps appear to be fine. Please
help

I would start with cleaning your radiator could be plugged up with dirt on the outside. Low pressure hose spray through the fins. If that doesn't work you more than likely have a multispeed fan with a module built in and it may only be working on high speed.
