Question type: Maintenance & Repair

do you experts know if it's a common problem to have blend door problems on a brand new 2013 F150? mine has 120 miles on it and just noticed that it is screwing up and not wanting to blow from the correct area, AND just tried the A/C for the first time and it took 15 minutes for it to start blowing cold air; i finally pulled over and stopped and while sitting at an idle it finally started to produce cold air. Q- is this normal on a new truck trying the A/C for the first time?

the air action could be normal this truck is actually learning from your commands, the blend doors may need a few actions to set a memory, the dealership has lists of TSB,s ,, trouble bulletins flowing in as the vehicles are put in service. after build. if its common they will already have a revision free of cost, Well dollar cost at least

i dont' want the truck to memorize what i've done in the past, i want it to resond to what i want now. i've got the blower set on floor only, but it continues to blow from the floor and the defroster? tried to turn off truck, turn back on, turn off all buttons, and re-command. i guess i'm just disappointed that i haven't even driven it for 2 days and it's not working correctly. thanks for your response and time.
