My 2013 Ford FX F150 windows will not go down and afraid they won't go back up either. what is wrong?

Just recently my 2013 Ford FX F150 windows will not go down and now I am afraid if they go down they will not come back up.  How can this be corrected?

The motor is probably going out inside the door. Can you hear the motor trying to work when you press the down button? Here is an easy check to see if the motor is weak. Clasp your palms on both sides of the glass. Begin pulling down slightly while someone presses the down button for a moment. If you feel the window motor trying to work, it's probably weak and in need of replacement.
