Transmission CVT problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was about to change transmission fluid CVT. And
before adding fluid , I started engine without fluid
for 5 seconds. Now it makes strange noise when
shifting ! And Sport Mode doesn't work it also
makes whining.

My 05 maxima I came out of Wal-Mart and put it in gear and it won't move and a week later I went to start it and it wanted to move what can it be
