Dodge Caliber won’t start

Asked by GuruNCYLD Oct 26, 2019 at 12:21 PM about the 2010 Dodge Caliber SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Battery is good.  Keys work to open doors
remotely.  I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes
and reconnected, no starting.  The lights work
when the key is in ignition.  No clicking noise or
turning over from starter.

It wasn’t starting before I disconnected the battery. I tried that because some say it would reset the system. Also I am able to turn the steering wheel fully when the keys are not in the ignition. Is that normal for this vehicle?

Here are the alarms that won’t go away. The airbag light has been on for a few months. We had the recall work done on the airbag but the light came back on after. The dealership said it wouldn’t have anything to do with the no start issue.
