High idle and won't downshift

Asked by Danski1 Jul 08, 2019 at 08:58 AM about the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2011 Crown Vic has high idle speed and will coast at 25-30 mph with foot off
accelerator and also will not downshift when speed slows down to 30 mph as
my other Crown Vics would do in the past.
Anyone know what might be causing this?
I replaced the TPS but that did not help.
Thanks for any replies!
