1993 dodge stealth es starts up and afer 5 sec it will stall and the idles rough until car is warmed up. any ideas?

sounds like an IACV problem (idle air control valve) looks on here explains on how to test it fix it and replace it if needed http://www.stealth316.com/2-isc-iac.htm

also make sure you don't have any vacuum or intake leaks,, unmetered air will mess with you too
