Is the starter turning the engine over fast enough to crank and just not starting up?

Just not cranking over. Had a viper mechanic pick it up before for the same problem. Said last time it was some kind of sensor but I think there is a trick to it reading other forums

Confirm fuel & pressure and/or spark at plugs. Look/check for shorts and loose electrical connections and check your engine block to frame grounds and all fuses/circuit breakers under the hood and dash, Relays too. Possibly a compression test.
I had a similar issue with mine, turned out to be that there was not enough current coming from the battery, replaced, same issue, found that the ground cable attached to the crank was loose, tighten that sucker and no problems after that. However mine its a simple one, yours sound a little bit more than that. definitely follow @enginecreator advise if you have the tools, if not borrow them form auto zone.
