Is the signal not working with the lights on or off or both and is the signal light that is not working but the brake light and tail lights work. Have you recently replaced that bulb ?

hi, it's just the one signal light, all others work fine. It doesn work with the lights on or off. Brake lights and tail lights work. I replace the bulb yesterday, existing bulb filament was fine an new bulb did not work. I tested with a meter and there is no power getting the socket.

So you are saying the brake light and tail light works on that bulb just not the signal light ? If so try this if the opposite light works remove bulb from that socket and put in the on that's not working because I have seen brand new bulbs out of the package look good but no good. If that does not work you have a bad light socket or bad ground wire going to it.
