Where are all my hoses located

Yes its always nice to be able to kid around now onto a more serious not I have a major problem with my baby (car). I let a friend that was suppose to be a "mechanic" change the slave cylinder in my car and when I got it back I turned on the AC as I was driving down the road and the Multi-function: Automatic transaxle/cooling system warning light comes on my temperature gage jumps up into the red and the car boggs down. Which is very confusing to me because my car is a 5 speed. It's a 2003 Ford Focus ZX3 2.0L Zertec now if any of y'all can please help me figure this out and how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.
