03 Ford Focus ZX3 model won't start

Tested the battery to have 12volts. But when turning the key to the accessory

selection, there is no lights showing on the dashboard.



What could it be?

Was under a battery load test? Cause that seems a bit low for a good battery.

You need to load test the battery. Having 12 volts is good but you also need cold cranking amps (CCA). You should also check the battery cable connections at both ends and make sure everything is clean and tight. Hope that helps! Jim
