What is the best thing to use to hold up underhood insulation. Looks like they used some kind of glue but it didn't work to good. Also what is best way to check and put R 134 in to car.

You probably are aware that the hood can be positioned completely vertical? Put it in that position,do the forward most fasteners first with a good adhesive[I used liquid nails]. After the front sets up and the shield is hanging perpendicular to the floor,use a razor to put slits in the cover and use a gun applicator to squirt glue under the shield wherever it is needed.Work your way down from top to bottom.A broom or squeege may help while te glue is settng up.
