1985 or 1986 Buick LeSabre 2 door

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Our daughter read ended another vehicle with her 1985/1986 Buick LeSabre.
The front was damaged beyond repair. Some people have told us we need to
get a new front clip. Is this true? What is a front clip? I love the car. Is it worth
repairing though, given the year and the fact that it isn't something snazzy as
an older Camaro?

You might have luck at a junk yard on finding the part. The front end clip is the body piece that holds your headlights and grille.

no clip on it... it has a solid steel bumper and small plastic facia for the top and sides. i had one 1986 too... 1989 was a better year(better engine).
