The fuel pump relay is located behind the glove box tray. There are 4 screws holding the glovebox in place. Just open it up and remove them and the glove box slides out. Note:you will have to unhook the wiring to the light as you slide it out as well. Next you will need to remove the radio and the anti theft bracket around the radio. Wire harness and antenna to the radio will have to be unhooked as well. After all that you should have access to the fuel pump relay. There are several relays located in this area. To ensure you find the fuel pump relay, just turn your ignition key, but don't engage the starter, and you should hear it "click" as it will do a temporary boost to the pump for the start sequence. It may not click if it's bad though. In that case, I personally would replace both relays located in this area as they are relatively inexpensive and you probably don't want to be going through the process of digging into your dash again any time soon. I hope this helps. Good luck :-)
