My headlights and dash lights don't work

I have the same problem. I think it's a humidity issue. Cadillacs are famous for being airtight and humidity builds up in switches. I used a hair blow dryer on low which seemed to help, but later when it started acting up again, I just kept poking the switches on and off until they worked. There is also a fuse in the panel under the arm rest that controls all lights.. check that.
