It is on the drivers side - just ahead of the rear tire. You do not need to jack the car up to work on it.
on an e-body like my Rivi, it is on the driver's side by the bottom front firewall. access door by the left wheelwell. remove the fuse to the fuel pump crank a bit to clear fuel pressure & then work on the filter.
