Sounds like wiring and possibly fuse box issues. Time for wiring diagrams, ohm meter and test lights.

Yes that was where I went first. The fuse box checks out fine all fuses I can find are ok nothing burnt or broken, my problem is all the wires are in good shape I replaced any I found to be brittle and still have no power to the Windows, the Windshield Wipers, Throttle body, Dash lights and the Fuel Pump, and I am stumped where to look next so this over simplified answer was not helpful

Look at the starter solenoid on the fender, there are some fuse links that connect to the power side of the solenoid, one or more maybe blown, now they won’t look blown so you will need a test light to check for power on each side of the link. Also check the ignition switch, it maybe coming apart.
