1989 lincoln town car

1989.lincoln town car started with driving fine than started
losing power stalling check engine light is on. It now doesnt
wanna move stalls itll turn over and fire but than
immediately stalls itll tend to run in neutral we already
replaced neutral safety switch and that wasn't it so now we
wonder if it could be throttle position sensor.
