I am having 1988 caprice but could not find the
cigratt lighter where is the lighter located thanks.

It's right on your dashboard. If it isn't there will be a recessed silver colored hole where it should be. Mine is above the ash tray and looks like all the other knobs on the dash till you pull it out and realize it's a Cig. Lighter.
